Contract management software that sends, signs and tracks every contract
Based on the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. 7001) · Reviewed in October 2026
Contract management software keeps every contract in one place, gets it signed and tells you when it ends. SignSolú does that with templates, signing by WhatsApp or email, a shared archive and notices before each end date. It costs USD 22.99 a month with unlimited users.
Start free with ten documents.
The three questions contract management answers
- 1Where is the signed contract? One archive for the whole company, searchable by name.
- 2Who signed it and when? A certificate inside each PDF with names, times and IP addresses.
- 3When does it end? A notice before each end date so nothing renews by surprise.
A day with SignSolú
At 9:00 the office manager sends a vendor agreement from a template. The vendor signs from a phone before 9:30.
At 11:00 HR uploads an offer letter in Word and sends it by WhatsApp. The candidate signs at lunch and attaches a photo of an ID.
At 16:00 a notice arrives. The office lease ends in 30 days. The owner calls the landlord with time to negotiate.
Features for managing contracts
Templates with fields
Load the contracts you already use and mark the fields. Senders fill names, amounts and dates without touching the clauses.
Ready contracts
Start from leases, NDAs, service agreements, bills of sale and employment contracts already written.
Signing from any phone
Signers open a link, tap the brown bar at the bottom that says «Sign as …» and draw their signature. No account, no app.
Files from each signer
Ask for an ID, a certificate of insurance or a proof of address in the same step as the signature.
Contract dates and notices
Save the start and end date of each contract. Choose how many days before the end you want a notice.
Shared archive
Everyone in the organization works from the same archive. Users are unlimited, so nobody keeps contracts on a personal drive.
Proof inside each PDF
Each signed PDF carries an audit certificate and a SHA-256 hash. Anyone can check it at signsolu.com/verificar.
Contract management by team
| Team | Contracts they manage | What they track |
|---|---|---|
| Property management | Leases, renewals, move-out forms | Lease end dates and rent reviews |
| Human resources | Offer letters, contracts, NDAs | Probation and contract end dates |
| Sales | Service agreements, quotes, MSAs | Renewal dates and price changes |
| Operations | Vendor and rental agreements | Auto-renewals and notice periods |
Contract management and CLM
Contract management is the daily work. CLM, contract lifecycle management, is the full process from request to renewal, often with approvals and negotiation tools.
SignSolú covers the daily work. Negotiation happens in Word or email, and the final version goes to SignSolú to sign, store and track.
Signed contracts that hold up
The ESIGN Act in the US gives electronic contracts the same effect as paper for most transactions. Similar laws apply in the countries below.
| Country | Law that recognizes e-signatures | Documents that need another form |
|---|---|---|
| United States | ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 | Wills, family law matters, court filings and some consumer notices |
| United Kingdom | Electronic Communications Act 2000, s. 7 | Formal deeds, which need witnessing and delivery |
| European Union | eIDAS Regulation, art. 25 | Each member state sets which contracts need a special form |
| Canada (British Columbia) | Electronic Transactions Act, s. 11 | Wills, powers of attorney and land documents that need registration |
| India | Information Technology Act 2000, s. 10A | Powers of attorney, trusts, wills and sales of immovable property |
| Mexico | Commercial Code, arts. 89 to 114 | Wills, notarial powers and sales of real estate |
Spreadsheet or contract management software
Many companies track contracts in a spreadsheet. It works until the person who keeps it goes on vacation.
| Task | Spreadsheet and shared drive | SignSolú |
|---|---|---|
| Find the signed version | Search folders and email | One archive, search by name |
| Know who signed | Ask the person who sent it | Certificate inside the PDF |
| Catch a renewal | Someone checks the sheet | Notice before the end date |
| Send a new contract | Copy the last one and edit | Template with fields |
| Get it signed | Print, sign, scan | Signed on the phone |
The switch costs one afternoon. The time saved shows up the first week, when a contract comes back signed the same day.
Contracts in two languages
SignSolú works in English and Spanish. You choose the language for each signer, and the signing screen and the messages follow it.
Who owns the contracts
Each document belongs to the organization, not to the person who sent it. When someone leaves the company, their contracts stay in the archive with all their evidence.
What contract management saves
The gains are concrete. Contracts come back the same day instead of the same week. Renewals get decided before the date, not after.
Every signed copy is in one place when an auditor, a bank or a buyer of the business asks for it. The proof of each signature is already inside the file.
A small company that sends 30 contracts a month saves hours of printing, scanning and chasing signatures. The plan costs less than one of those hours each week.
What the audit certificate shows
Every document signed in SignSolú ends with a certificate page. It turns a drawn signature into evidence you can show a bank, a court or the other party.
- The name of the sender and of each signer.
- The phone number or email where each link went.
- The date and time of each step, from sending to the last signature.
- The IP address each signer used.
- The SHA-256 hash of the signed file.
The hash works like a fingerprint. Change one comma in the PDF and the fingerprint no longer matches the one on the certificate.
What the signer sees on a phone
The signer opens the link and sees the document at full width. They scroll and read it like any page on the web.
A brown bar stays at the bottom of the screen with the words «Sign as» and their name. One tap opens a box to draw the signature.
They draw once with a finger and press «Sign and Send». SignSolú places that signature in every spot the document needs. Then it shows a confirmation and sends the signed copy when everyone is done.
