How we compared them
Each price comes from the provider's own pricing page, read on October 15 and 16, 2026. Plans change often, so the date sits next to every figure. We list what each page says and leave out what it does not publish.
What electronic signature software should do
Buyers compare many tools, but the job is always the same five steps. The software should make each one fast for the sender and for the signer.
- 1Prepare the document from a file or a template.
- 2Send it to each signer in the right order.
- 3Let each person sign without training or an account.
- 4Seal the result so nobody can change it unnoticed.
- 5Keep the file and its evidence where the team can find it.
Built for a team, priced for one
Most electronic signature companies charge per user. A team of five pays five licenses even if only two people send most contracts.
SignSolú charges per organization. Everyone on the team works on the same plan, with the same templates and the same archive. The limit is 500 documents a month.
| Team size | Documents a month | SignSolú cost a year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | 20 | USD 275.88 |
| 5 people | 120 | USD 275.88 |
| 15 people | 450 | USD 275.88 |
What to check before you choose
- Who pays for each user. Per-seat pricing grows with the team.
- What counts as a send. Some tools count every envelope, some every signer.
- How the signer signs. An app download or an account loses signers.
- What proof you get. Look for a certificate with times, IP addresses and a file hash.
- Where the law applies. Check the countries where your signers live.
SignSolú answers each of those the same way. One price for the team, one count per document, no signer account, a full certificate and legal coverage in the countries below.
Laws that recognize electronic signatures
| Country | Law that recognizes e-signatures | Documents that need another form |
|---|---|---|
| United States | ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 | Wills, family law matters, court filings and some consumer notices |
| United Kingdom | Electronic Communications Act 2000, s. 7 | Formal deeds, which need witnessing and delivery |
| European Union | eIDAS Regulation, art. 25 | Each member state sets which contracts need a special form |
| Canada (British Columbia) | Electronic Transactions Act, s. 11 | Wills, powers of attorney and land documents that need registration |
| India | Information Technology Act 2000, s. 10A | Powers of attorney, trusts, wills and sales of immovable property |
| Mexico | Commercial Code, arts. 89 to 114 | Wills, notarial powers and sales of real estate |
In the US the signer also consents to sign electronically. SignSolú shows that consent next to the «Sign and Send» button, with a link to the disclosure.
Electronic signature or digital signature
SignSolú uses electronic signatures with an audit certificate. It does not issue certificates from a certification authority, which some government filings ask for.
For leases, NDAs, offer letters, sales and service contracts, an electronic signature is the form the law expects. That covers most of what a business signs in a year.
Moving from paper or another tool
Most teams move in one afternoon. They upload the three contracts they send most and turn each into a template.
Contracts signed before stay where they are, or get uploaded as PDFs with their end dates. New contracts go out from SignSolú from that day on.
Nobody on the other side needs training. Signers get a link and sign the way they would sign a delivery on a phone.
Contracts in two languages
SignSolú works in English and Spanish. Keep both versions of a template and send each signer the one they read.
Questions buyers ask in a demo
Most buyers ask the same four things. How fast can we start, what does the signer see, what proof do we keep and what does it cost when we grow.
With SignSolú you start the same day with a free account. The signer sees the document and a brown bar. The proof is a certificate in each PDF. The price stays the same when the team grows.
What the audit certificate shows
Every document signed in SignSolú ends with a certificate page. It turns a drawn signature into evidence you can show a bank, a court or the other party.
- The name of the sender and of each signer.
- The phone number or email where each link went.
- The date and time of each step, from sending to the last signature.
- The IP address each signer used.
- The SHA-256 hash of the signed file.
The hash works like a fingerprint. Change one comma in the PDF and the fingerprint no longer matches the one on the certificate.
What the signer sees on a phone
The signer opens the link and sees the document at full width. They scroll and read it like any page on the web.
A brown bar stays at the bottom of the screen with the words «Sign as» and their name. One tap opens a box to draw the signature.
They draw once with a finger and press «Sign and Send». SignSolú places that signature in every spot the document needs. Then it shows a confirmation and sends the signed copy when everyone is done.
