SignSolú subprocessors
In short
SignSolú relies on five categories of subprocessors to provide its service.
All of them operate in the United States under contract.
Each one receives only the data its function needs.
Changes are announced 30 days in advance.
The list with names is sent to any Customer who asks.
How this list works
A subprocessor is a provider that processes data on behalf of SignSolú.
Each one signs a contract with confidentiality and security duties.
They are listed here by category with their function and country.

For the EU and the UK we use standard contractual clauses.
For Brazil we use the standard clauses recognized by the ANPD.
WhatsApp messages are sent from the Customer’s own number.
That is why WhatsApp is not a SignSolú subprocessor.
