How it gets signed
1Choose «Use this template», fill in the fields and review the full brand ambassador contract.
2Send it by WhatsApp or email. The other party opens the link on their phone without an account.
3They tap the brown bar at the bottom that says «Sign as …» and draw their signature once.
4Everyone gets the signed PDF with its signature certificate. Anyone can check it at signsolu.com/verificar.
The signing screen tells each signer that signing means agreeing to sign electronically. It links to the electronic signature disclosure that the ESIGN Act asks for.
What you get once everyone signs
The signed PDF. The final brand ambassador contract with every drawn signature in place.
The signature certificate. It lists each signer and the date and time of each signature.
A record you can check. The folio on the certificate opens the document history at signsolu.com/verificar.
Reminders. Turn them on and SignSolú reminds every signer who has not signed yet.
Your first ten documents are free and need no card.
What the law says
The FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR 255.5, say a material connection between an endorser and the seller must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously when the audience would not expect it. Payment and free or discounted products count as material connections.
Clause 5 puts that duty in writing, so both sides know what each post must show.
Brands and ambassadors share that responsibility. Brands usually monitor posts and ask for corrections when a disclosure is missing.
The ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 gives an electronic signature the same legal effect as one on paper. A contract cannot be denied effect only because it was signed electronically.
Disclosure that viewers actually see
A disclosure hidden after "more" or among twenty hashtags does not help viewers. Put it at the start of the caption or in the video itself.
Use the platform's paid partnership label where it exists. Many brands ask for both the label and a short "#ad".
Content rights and paid ads
Reposting on the brand's page is one use. Running the content as a paid ad is another, and ambassadors usually charge more for it.
Clause 8 names the period and whether ads are included. When the period ends, the brand stops using the content in new ads.
Signing with many ambassadors
Brands with ambassador programs send the same agreement to dozens of creators. Save it as a template and change only the names and fees.
Each creator signs from their phone. The brand keeps every signed agreement with its certificate in one folder.
Example of a six-month program
A nutrition brand signs a running creator for six months at USD 1,200 a month plus 10% on sales through her code. She posts twice and shares four stories each month.
Every post opens with "#ad" and uses the paid partnership label. The brand may run her best video as an ad for ninety days.
Common mistakes
No disclosure clause. Write it down, even if both sides know the rule.
Vague exclusivity. Name the category, not "competitors".
Unlimited content use. Set a period and say whether paid ads are included.
Measuring results
Agree on what success looks like before the first post. Common measures are reach, clicks and sales through the code.
Ask the ambassador to share platform insights each month. Write that duty into clause 2 if it matters to you.
Results help both sides decide whether to renew. A clear record makes the renewal conversation easy.
Renewing the partnership
Send a short amendment with the new dates, fee and deliverables. The ambassador signs from their phone and the program continues without a gap.
Gifting before a contract
Many partnerships start with a free product. Even then, the creator should disclose the gift when posting about it.
A short gifting agreement with the disclosure rule sets expectations early. It can turn into a full ambassador contract later.
Send it from SignSolú with the product list. The creator signs before the package ships.
Keep every signed agreement and gifting note in one folder. When the program grows, the records are already organized.
Renewals then take minutes, not weeks of back and forth.
