How it gets signed
1Choose «Use this template», fill in the fields and review the full staffing services agreement.
2Send it by WhatsApp or email. The other party opens the link on their phone without an account.
3They tap the brown bar at the bottom that says «Sign as …» and draw their signature once.
4Everyone gets the signed PDF with its signature certificate. Anyone can check it at signsolu.com/verificar.
The signing screen tells each signer that signing means agreeing to sign electronically. It links to the electronic signature disclosure that the ESIGN Act asks for.
What you get once everyone signs
The signed PDF. The final staffing services agreement with every drawn signature in place.
The signature certificate. It lists each signer and the date and time of each signature.
A record you can check. The folio on the certificate opens the document history at signsolu.com/verificar.
Reminders. Turn them on and SignSolú reminds every signer who has not signed yet.
Your first ten documents are free and need no card.
What the law says
Federal and state wage laws apply to temporary workers as to any employee. The agency, as employer of record, handles pay, overtime and payroll taxes.
Safety duties are often shared. The host employer controls the site, so clause 3 puts site-specific training and protective equipment on the client.
Your state may license staffing and employment agencies or regulate their fees. Check before signing.
The ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 gives an electronic signature the same legal effect as one on paper. A contract cannot be denied effect only because it was signed electronically.
Bill rate and pay rate
The pay rate is what the worker earns. The bill rate is what the client pays the agency, covering wages, taxes, insurance and the agency's margin.
Clients compare bill rates across agencies. Agencies explain the difference with screening, speed and replacement guarantees.
Work orders keep the contract short
The master agreement sets the rules once. Each new need becomes a one-page work order with the position and rate.
Send work orders from SignSolú. The client's manager signs from their phone, and workers start on time.
Conversion fees
Clients often want to hire a great temp. The conversion fee pays the agency for recruiting, and it usually drops after a number of hours.
Write the drop clearly in clause 7. A fee that ends after a set number of hours is easier to accept.
Example of a warehouse account
A packaging plant uses an agency for twelve warehouse associates during peak season. The bill rate is USD 26 an hour and USD 29 for forklift operators.
The plant approves hours every Monday, and invoices are due in fifteen days. After 520 hours, the plant may hire any worker without a fee.
Common mistakes
No safety split. Say who trains for the site and who supplies equipment.
Late timesheet approvals. Late approvals delay workers' pay. Set the day in clause 5.
Unclear conversion window. Write the days and the hours that end the fee.
Onboarding a new client
Agencies sign the master agreement once, then send the first work order the same day. The client's manager approves both from their phone.
Attach your certificate of insurance and the safety checklist for the site. The client signs everything in one visit to the link.
Workers can start the next morning with the paperwork already done.
Review the account after the first month. Adjust bill rates or positions with a signed work order.
Direct hire placements
Some clients want permanent hires, not temps. Add a placement fee section or sign a separate recruiting agreement for those roles.
Keep the conversion fee for temps in clause 7. Clients then see both options side by side.
Clients who start with temps often move to direct hires once they trust the agency's screening.
