SignSolú

An app to sign documents from your phone, with nothing to install

Based on the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. 7001) · Reviewed in October 2026

SignSolú works as an app to sign documents on any phone, from the browser. You send a document and each signer opens a link, draws a signature with a finger and taps «Sign and Send». Nobody downloads anything, and your first ten documents are free.

Why a browser app beats a download

An app from the store asks the signer to install it, create an account and confirm an email. Many people stop at the first step.

SignSolú runs in Safari, Chrome or any phone browser. The signer gets a link and signs right there. The sender can work from the phone too.

Sign a document on your phone, step by step

If you send the document

  1. 1Open signsolu.com on your phone and sign in.
  2. 2Upload a PDF or Word file from your phone, or pick a template.
  3. 3Add each signer with a phone number or email.
  4. 4Send. Each signer gets the link by WhatsApp or email.

If you are the signer

  1. 1Open the link from WhatsApp or email.
  2. 2Read the document on your screen.
  3. 3Tap the brown bar at the bottom that says «Sign as …».
  4. 4Draw your signature with your finger and tap «Sign and Send».

Your signature goes into every place the document needs it. You get a copy of the signed PDF when everyone has signed.

What the app does on a phone

  • Signs any PDF or Word file. Contracts, forms, letters and receipts.
  • Collects several signers. Each one signs from their own phone.
  • Asks for extra files. A photo of an ID or a proof of address arrives with the contract.
  • Reminds people who have not signed. SignSolú follows up so you do not have to.
  • Keeps every signed file. Find any document later from the same account.
  • Proves who signed. Each PDF ends with an audit certificate.

iPhone, Android and computer

SignSolú works on iPhone and Android phones, on tablets and on computers. On a computer the signer draws with the mouse or a trackpad.

The layout fits the screen. On a phone the brown bar stays at the bottom so the signer always knows the next step.

What makes a signature from an app valid

In the US, the ESIGN Act gives an electronic signature the same effect as ink for most documents. What matters is that the person meant to sign and that you can prove it.

SignSolú keeps that proof. The certificate shows the signer, the time of each step, the IP address and a hash of the file.

Free app or paid plan

To sign one PDF yourself, the free sign PDF tool works without an account. The file never leaves your device.

To send documents to other people, create a free account. Ten documents are included with every feature.

Signing when the signer is in front of you

Sometimes the other person is right there, at a delivery, a showing or a job site. Send the link to their phone and they sign on their own screen in a minute.

Their signature, their phone number and the time go on the certificate. That proof is stronger than a signature on your tablet, because it ties the signature to the signer.

Add the app to your home screen

If you send documents often, open signsolu.com in your phone browser and add it to the home screen. It opens like an app, with no store download.

Signing in English or Spanish

You choose the language for each signer. The signing screen, the buttons and the messages follow it, so a signer who reads Spanish first signs as easily as anyone.

What to look for in a signing app

  • No install for the signer. Every extra step loses people.
  • A drawn signature. It looks like the one on their ID.
  • Proof in the file. A certificate with times and a hash.
  • Word and PDF support. Most contracts start in Word.
  • A clear price. Know the cost before the trial ends.

What the audit certificate shows

Every document signed in SignSolú ends with a certificate page. It turns a drawn signature into evidence you can show a bank, a court or the other party.

  • The name of the sender and of each signer.
  • The phone number or email where each link went.
  • The date and time of each step, from sending to the last signature.
  • The IP address each signer used.
  • The SHA-256 hash of the signed file.

The hash works like a fingerprint. Change one comma in the PDF and the fingerprint no longer matches the one on the certificate.

What the signer sees on a phone

The signer opens the link and sees the document at full width. They scroll and read it like any page on the web.

A brown bar stays at the bottom of the screen with the words «Sign as» and their name. One tap opens a box to draw the signature.

They draw once with a finger and press «Sign and Send». SignSolú places that signature in every spot the document needs. Then it shows a confirmation and sends the signed copy when everyone is done.

Start in five minutes

  4. 4Send it to yourself first to see what the signer sees.
  5. 5Send it to the real signers and watch each one sign.
